About Us
Established in 1993, DWG has been a real estate service provider specializing in brokering and managing real estate transactions.
End of 2016, DWG chartered a new course by changing its business model to a real estate investment service provider.
DWG IS AN END-TO-END REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FIRM.
DWG, together with its affiliated partners, has undertaken boutique developments and invested in several iconic and landmark developments.
The company has since invested more than USD3.6Billion on behalf of our clients in key cities around the world. This dynamic growth has been built on strong relationships with world class property developers and real estate professionals.
DWG is focused on creating wealth for clients. This is achieved by selectively partnering with leading developers to invest in prime locations as well as upcoming markets around the world. DWG specializes in identifying properties with the aim of having long term capital appreciation and strong rental yields.
DWG takes a unique approach in reassuring our clients they are receiving priority access to the best global property investment opportunities. The company retains a portion of the investment portfolio that is offered to clients, as part of its long-term commitment strategy.
DWG has further developed local asset management platforms which provide full turnkey solutions to investors.
Business model
DWG have been in the market over 29 years, we have adapted to the change and requirements of the real estate industry along the years and finally settling for what we do now and we do it really damn well. From a typical real estate company founded in Singapore, we have now expanded to 7 other countries namely – Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, United Kingdom, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. As part of our adoption of what businesses require to constantly evolve, we have stepped out of the selling of real estate but instead, remodelled ourselves to invest, co-develop and going into joint partnerships with developers which along the years we have a total investment profile of over USD3.6 billion.
Simply said on our business model, we are in the B2B segment, we do distribution – we sell via our channel partners globally instead of selling our developments ourselves. We equip our partners with end-end knowledge of the countries and products we have and then provide the after sales services such as handing over, and managing the developments of those units sold by our channel partners as they always say, happy clients leads to happy channel partners which ultimately leads to us accomplishing what we set out to do – which is the constant “Service Above Self”.
We have a 360 solution to all our clients as well as channel partners, where our entire team is capable to solve all viewings of the developments to mortgage & legal understanding, handing over, renovation, advise of future disposal or rental value based on latest market trend movement and managing the properties.
